👏🏼 Erin Becker becomes our new Chief of Staff!
BCA continues its tradition with another internal promotion to the executive team. 2023 is a special year for BCA. We started the year with four offices and have since opened offices in Binghamton and Troy with a strong bridge across New York State. We initiated a shadow board that has strengthened our ecosystem, resulted in significant career progression (among many other things), and fostered a more collaborative community.
We would not have been able to invest in expanding our reach without an incredible team behind us. This is why today is a significant milestone in the BCA journey as we promote Erin Becker to Chief of Staff.
Erin joined BCA in 2020, quickly establishing herself for her work ethic, analytical skills, relationship building and goal seeking mentality. Erin has always challenged us to be our best, moving the firm forward with an eye on growth. ⭐️
We are eager to continue to learn, laugh, and innovate with Erin – and we are looking forward to the places we will go with Erin in this critical leadership role.
