Casey D. Dickinson, PE graduates from Jefferson Leadership Institute

🎉 We are proud to announce that Casey D. Dickinson, PE has graduated from the Jefferson Leadership Institute.

The Jefferson Leadership Institute is a leadership development program that immerses participants in community issues through twelve full day sessions that run from September through June. The curriculum enables participants to develop their leadership capabilities, build strong relationships and encourages involvement in generating positive change in the community.

Participants learned key attributes of a productive board member, explored board involvement opportunities and were strongly encouraged to join a local board of directors upon completion of the course.

This worthwhile experience provided networking opportunities to people in all parts of the community. Monthly events consisted of visits to different sectors of the north country economy including agriculture, media, education, manufacturing, etc.

BCA is proud to invest in Casey’s leadership in the firm and congratulates him on this leadership achievement.
