Alayna DeFranco has been promoted to Human Resources Generalist! This well-deserved advancement reflects Alayna’s exceptional dedication, hard work, and outstanding contributions to our HR department. Since joining our team nearly two years ago, Alayna has shown a remarkable ability to handle HR tasks with efficiency and professionalism. Her proactive approach and commitment to fostering a positive work environment have been invaluable assets to our team. She’s always the first person to lend a hand and takes great pride in developing BCA’s culture! In her new role as HR Generalist, Alayna will continue to develop the scope of her responsibilities, including employee relations, recruitment, employee development, and a myriad of other HR functions. We know Alayna will continue to excel and make significant contributions to BCA in her expanded role!

Casey D. Dickinson, PE graduates from Jefferson Leadership Institute

🎉 We are proud to announce that Casey D. Dickinson, PE has graduated from the Jefferson Leadership Institute.

The Jefferson Leadership Institute is a leadership development program that immerses participants in community issues through twelve full day sessions that run from September through June. The curriculum enables participants to develop their leadership capabilities, build strong relationships and encourages involvement in generating positive change in the community.

Participants learned key attributes of a productive board member, explored board involvement opportunities and were strongly encouraged to join a local board of directors upon completion of the course.

This worthwhile experience provided networking opportunities to people in all parts of the community. Monthly events consisted of visits to different sectors of the north country economy including agriculture, media, education, manufacturing, etc.

BCA is proud to invest in Casey’s leadership in the firm and congratulates him on this leadership achievement.

BCA is pleased to announce that Taylor Woolf, AIA was honored at an event at the Historic Paddock Arcade for being chosen for the 20 Under 40 award. The event honored 20 of the north country’s emerging business leaders under the age of 40. BCA proudly attended the event honoring Taylor and 19 others from the North Country for their community involvement, leadership, and professionalism.
