BCA worked with the Village of Alexandria Bay on the design team to consolidate all Village municipal functions under one roof while also allowing for the creation of flexible spaces, potential future expansion, and full community utilization. The resulting building achieved a unification of the municipal offices by placing the Village’s departments in a new facility including the Village offices, emergency fire, and rescue vehicle storage, a vehicle maintenance facility, and law enforcement offices at a cost of $1,100,000.
