BCA worked with the Town of Martinsburg on the design of a new 17,500 sq. ft. Town of Martinsburg Highway Garage that houses their highway garage, Town office, and court space. The $1,900,000 project includes offices for the Supervisor, Highway Superintendent, and Clerk; records storage; lockers and break room for the Highway Department, Judge’s office, courtroom/meeting room, attorney/client rooms; and public and staff toilets. It has two work bays and three storage bays for the Highway Department as well as a storage mezzanine above the offices.
