BCA worked with Jefferson County on the complete design, engineering, and construction management of the 13,279 sq. ft. Jefferson County Highway Department building. The $1.3 Million structure includes vehicle maintenance, departmental and administrative offices along with extensive equipment storage. BCA also provided design services to provide water to the facilities from the Village of Glen Park’s new elevated storage tank and the Western Jefferson County Regional Water Line.
