Our paid internships offer benefits and flexible hours
Our internship program is designed with flexibility and support in mind, offering a range of benefits to cater to our interns’ needs. With seven office locations across New York State—Watertown, Binghamton, Rochester, Ithaca, Syracuse, Saratoga Springs, and Troy—interns have the unique opportunity to work from any of our offices, allowing them to gain diverse experiences while accommodating their personal schedules. We even offer hybrid work options for added convenience. Our competitive benefits package includes paid time off (PTO), a 401k plan, and housing assistance to help ease the transition and ensure a comfortable stay. At BCA, we prioritize our staff’s well-being and provide the resources and flexibility needed to thrive in a dynamic work environment.
Here at BCA we are competitive with our compensation. All three of areas of disciplines – Architecture, Engineering, and Interior Design start new interns at $20 an hour, and provide periodic increases up to $23 an hour based on your graduation date. In addition, to competitive pay we also offer benefits in our paid internship program.
