Mr. Thesier graduated from Clarkson College with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering in 1983, from Jefferson Community College with an Associate of Engineering Science Degree in 1981, and from the Agricultural and Technical College at Canton with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Civil Technology in 1980.  He has been with the firm since 1983.
